Forest Rangers Respond To Fires And Emergencies Across New York
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation says Forest Rangers handled multiple wildfires and emergency calls across the state in recent days. Officials report several fires were quickly contained, including incidents in Warren, Lewis, and Chenango counties. Rangers also assisted in medical emergencies, training exercises, and public outreach as part of their statewide duties.
